Good morning, Mr. Gene,
Thank you so much for reaching out and wanting to have worship leaders and singers come worship to our families at the Mission! We would love to have those from the CSMI serve with us-what a blessing!
The first step in the process is to complete our volunteer group application. You can fax back to me at 407-425-7510 or scan over to my email upon completion.
Also, we will need a background check on file from at least one member of the group. I have attached that form as well to this email.
We have chapel on Sunday mornings and Sunday evening and we also have a full size gym with a stage at the Family Home. Perhaps if you select the Family Home, you all could come and host a Friday Family Fun Night (FFFN). That is when a group hosts an activity for a Friday night from 6:30-8:30pm in our gym and our families come together to participate and interact.
Can you please find out from the ladies what their preference would be and then we can decide a date/time to plan a concert for you all.

Good Evening!
Thank you for your willingness to share your gift to be a blessing to others! I am reaching out to let you know that I will be working to help organize the scheduling for this outreach and I am currently awaiting Sharlene's response for the available dates in order to get things moving.
From our previous conversation, it appears that Sunday evenings at their chapel (next door to the mission) would most likely be the designated days/times/location. Once confirmed, or once any additional or more specific information is given, I will be back in touch.
